Dog Walking Service Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

This agreement is entered into between Morgan’s Paws Pet Care Center (“Company”) and the undersigned (“Client”) regarding the participation of Client’s dog(s) in dog walking services.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk *

1. Acknowledgement of Risk I understand that participation in dog walking services carries certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Injuries to my dog(s) or to other animals.
• Injuries or damages caused by my dog(s) to other persons, animals, or property.
• Illness, escape, accidents, or unpredictable behavior of animals.
• Hazards of outdoor environments (such as traffic, weather conditions, wildlife, or other dogs).

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with my dog’s participation in dog walking services.
2. Release of Liability *

Release of Liability In consideration for the services provided by Morgan’s Paws Pet Care Center, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to my dog’s participation in dog walking services, including injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property.
3. Indemnification *

Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morgan’s Paws Pet Care Center, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of my dog’s participation in dog walking services, including but not limited to claims brought by third parties
4. Veterinary Care *

4. Veterinary Care If my dog requires emergency medical care while under the Company’s care, I authorize Morgan’s Paws Pet Care Center to obtain such care at the nearest veterinary clinic. I understand that I am solely responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.
5. Representations *

5. Representations I represent and warrant that:
• My dog is current on vaccinations (including rabies, distemper, and bordatella).
• My dog has no known history of aggressive behavior that would make it unsuitable for dog walking services.
• I have disclosed all relevant health or behavioral conditions to the Company.
6. Binding Effect *

6. Binding Effect This Waiver and Release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and assigns. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily sign it.
